EGO

Question:

We talk a lot about ego and I guess ‘silencing’ our ego in order to feel and think and act through our soul. 

My question is - Why do humans have ego / mind if it seems to always be something we have to keep in check?

 

 

Answer:

You have been trained by other humans to believe what you believe.

Values, morals, social laws, behaviours, and definitely by religion.

 

Of course you have to wake up and redo almost everything you have been taught. 90% of the learning you had is false anyway. Opinions of others.

 

Being aware is a must. You said keeping in check ego. We say, “OWN YOUR LIFE” and take away the power from your mind. 

 

Mind is only a tool. It shouldn’t rule over the soul. Unless you allow it to!
