GOALS

Question:

What is it exactly that I should aim for next if I already feel and have what I’ve always looked for?

How should the process of goal setting look like?

 

 

Answer:

This is Siil Canaan.

It is wonderful to be here and remind you a bit about what it is all about.

 

Goal setting is a wonderful way to improve your living experiences and it requires two conditions to be beneficial for you all

 

1 - goal setting with awareness of who is setting those goals; your brain (ego), or your spirit (the biggest part of you who is made of freedom, love and will)

 

2 - goal setting must be based on feeling relief, feeling joy, feeling excitement at the time you are thinking about it and designing it.

 

Improving what you already create is a never ending process since everything in your world always comes with it’s opposite.

 

Creating new is a bit more challenging since it involves stepping into territories that you don’t know and sometimes that creates anxiety and uncertainty.

 

HOWEVER, to live your life as you intended, you must consider using both:

Set goals for improvement of what you already think you have done . And create something new that you have never experienced before .

 

The most effective goals are short term goals.

With long term goals we recommend to be vague and talk about states of mind and states of being more than collecting items and specific experiences.

 

 

 

Question:

Why am I not living in the moment? Why is the future or the past more of my concern?

 

Answer:

Hello loved friend!

This window of time between your question and the answer was because we really wanted you to hear the answer and being focussing on the problem, in contrast, without which it’s very difficult, or sometimes impossible, to hear the solution

 

All humans have been provided with an amazing brain which loves to take control and be in charge. When that happens, it’s very difficult to stay present since what you call ‘the subconscious mind’ is worrying about the future and complaining about the past.

 

There is another aspect of you, bigger than your mind. That part is so much bigger and more powerful and some people call it your ‘soul’.

 

We refer to it as freedom, love, and intention. 

When soul asks and trains the mind to be quiet, then it’s possible to enjoy and live in the present time and create a life from there.

 

We always encourage you to train your beautiful mind through meditation, yoga, good food, and over all, by understanding that the real and bigger part of you controls your mind. IT IS YOURS!

 

We understand it’s a process and sometimes mind plays you by thinking; “when?”, “why is it taking so long!?”, “I am not good in meditation”, and all that stuff…

 

However, you, as powerful creator, being pure love, pure intention, and pure freedom, can do it, and it doesn’t take much really. 

This is your life, this is your experience and you have control of your mind and your life.

 

We are here, the entire universe is with you to support you.
